U.S. Privacy Notice (CCPA)

This U.S. Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), and to residents of other U.S. states with comparable consumer privacy laws. 1. Personal information we collect

We do not derive inferences to create consumer profiles.

2. Sources

Directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from Google when you choose “Sign in with Google”; from our payment processing; and from the partner link through which you arrived (referral data).

3. Purposes

Providing and securing the website and your account; processing purchases, refunds and payouts; verifying the age and identity of creators and webmasters (18 U.S.C. 2257, fraud and anti-money-laundering checks); crediting referral partners; customer support; improving the service; and complying with legal obligations.

4. No sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16 years of age; this website is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Our website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request.

We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted under Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027(m) (such as verifying identity, preventing fraud, securing accounts and paying out earnings) and not to infer characteristics about you.

5. Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists; transaction records for the statutory accounting and tax periods (generally up to 6 years); age and identity verification records for as long as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and anti-money-laundering rules; and server logs for a short period unless needed to investigate abuse.

6. Your rights

  • Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it).
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only for permitted purposes).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

7. How to submit a request

E-mail [email protected] with the subject “U.S. Privacy Request – Lewdden”, or contact us through Support in your account. We verify your request by matching it to the e-mail address of your account and may ask for additional information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice).

8. Residents of other U.S. states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights available under their state law in the same way. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal”. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

9. California “Shine the Light”

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).
